Leadership & Ethics Seminar
The Greater Cincinnati Leadership and Ethics Seminar, sponsored by the West Point Society of Cincinnati, will provide selected sophomore & junior high school students and faculty from local high schools the opportunity to experience the leadership and ethics training developed for cadets at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.

Ethics and values-based leadership are often cited as making the difference between successful leaders and those who fail.
​
Each year, U.S. Military Academy alumni from the Cincinnati area lead the seminar utilizing the same principles and values taught at West Point.

Our Approach
Frame the Intent

The Leadership & Ethics seminar session begins with a brief primer on ethical decision-making before moving to the highly regarded keynote speaker session.
Community leaders from education, government, and the military illustrate the diverse backgrounds from which we draw our speakers.

About Us
The West Point Society of Greater Cincinnati is comprised of Tri-State veterans, volunteers and graduates from the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY.
Each year we host an annual Leadership & Ethics Seminar, where we bring leadership training from the Academy to +400 students and faculty from the Cincinnati / Northern KY Region, taught by local graduates and volunteers.
